PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

1. Introduction

The Company under the name “WITH ONE CLICK MONOPORED I.K.E.” (“W.O.C.”) (hereinafter the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which created and operates the WOC Application (hereinafter the “Application”), recognizes the importance of protecting the personal data of the users of the Application.

In this context, this Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) aims to inform you about the personal data collected during your visit and navigation on our Application, the ways in which we process them in our capacity as Data Controller and your rights in this regard.

We ask you to read and understand this Policy before you navigate the App and submit any of your personal data for processing.

The Company is committed to protecting your right to privacy of your personal data. We aim to protect all the data we hold and to manage it responsibly and transparently. – Where you apply for a job with us, we will collect additional personal data, e.g. employment history, education history and references from previous employers.

 We may also collect data about you indirectly when:

– You share content on social media pages, websites or apps related to our services or when you respond to our social media promotional material.

– We read or collect personal data about you through information collected from other websites (for example, we may place an advertisement on a third party website and when you click on that advertisement we may receive information about you and other visitors so that we can measure the success of that advertisement)

Our Application uses cookies to automatically collect certain information in order to improve your browsing experience. Thus, we may collect data about you from other sources automatically when you log in to the App and accept the use of cookies, such as, for example, information about your device browser and operating system, the IP address of the device you are using, which web pages you visited, links you clicked on when interacting with our services or when you share content on social networking pages, websites or applications related to our services or when you respond to a cookie. Your personal data are processed primarily by the Company’s authorized personnel. We may, however, share your strictly necessary personal data with third parties in certain cases.
