WOC TERMS OF USE

1. Introduction-Acceptance of the Terms of Use

IKE………… Company named …WOC WITH ONE CLICK……… (hereinafter “the Company”) has created the WOC Application (hereinafter “the Application”) and manages it and any information or data (e.g. documents, files, texts, graphs) contained therein (hereinafter referred to as “the Material”) in order to provide the users of the Application with the possibility to create an account and book on line (and by telephone) appointments with professionals from the network of professionals who have a profile in the Application, selecting the respective professional according to their needs and the relevant services provided.

The use of the Application is subject to these Terms of Use, as in force at any given time, which constitute the agreement between WOC and each person using the above services, hereinafter “the User” or “the Users”. Accessing and using the Application in any way (including simply browsing it) constitutes the User’s unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use, as in force at any given time.

2. THE SERVICES OF WOC

​

WOC is an innovative Application through which professionals of numerous categories (indicatively: all freelancers, hairdressers, electricians, etc. ………………….. ) can display their professional profile and the services they offer, as well as their availability for appointments and accordingly users can view the profiles (speciality, services offered, availability) and, by creating an account, can see the cost of each service from the professional they are interested in and can book with one “click” the appointment they want.

Those professionals who wish to create a profile in the Application, as described above, are requested to fill in the relevant on-line registration form with their details (“REGISTRATION ………”) and submit it to WOC, accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (a hyperlink must be inserted) of the Application. The correctness of these is confirmed by WOC in contact with the interested party and subsequently the professional joins the network of WOC’s projected partners and has his profile on the Application, in which his specialization and the services provided, their cost for users, as well as the ratings of the users who visited him through WOC, are displayed.

Similarly, users wishing to create an account with WOC to make appointments through the Application are invited to fill in and submit their details in the relevant on-line registration form (“USER REGISTRATION”), accepting respectively the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and indicating whether they wish to receive updates from WOC. Users who make an appointment through the Application receive a unique code via their mobile phone to confirm their identity, and have the possibility to cancel it, according to the procedure described below.

Through the WOC a user can make an appointment request and through the telephone service. The telephone appointment request process follows the steps of the online process. During the appointment request process the user is required to submit his/her details, which are sent to the respective professional both for communication between them and to enable the process to be completed.

Only the professional himself is responsible for accepting or not accepting the appointment. The responsibility for accepting the appointment lies with the professional and if the professional does not confirm the request for an appointment within 2 hours, the appointment may be cancelled so that the user can be served by another professional. At the same time, WOC does not determine and is not responsible for the tactics, methods to be followed by the professional in question, nor can it force the professional to see a user. WOC is not responsible for the commission of any criminal or disciplinary offences. and/or unethical behaviour of professionals. The WOC also does not set a specific cost for the visit, nor does it have any responsibility regarding the professional’s compliance or non-compliance with the ethics required by the practice of his or her profession.

Users of the Application also have the possibility, through their account, to cancel the appointment in accordance with WOC’s Appointment Cancellation Policy, to view all the services of the Application they have used, to evaluate the professional with ratings and comments after the appointment, to receive newsletters on issues of interest to them, if they so wish.

Finally, through the Application, users are provided with the possibility to contact WOC for any issue by contacting the customer service department via live chat or by telephone and accepting the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of the Application.

In addition, users can submit questions concerning them located on dedicated pages. These questions are reviewed by the WOC team and then sent to the appropriate professionals for response. Once answered, the user is notified by email.

The question submission platform is aimed at adults. It is documented that if the communication is made by a minor, he/she has the consent of his/her parent or guardian, who is the only responsible person. WOC does not have the ability to verify the age of each user and assumes no liability in this regard.The questions and their corresponding answers are published in the Questions & Answers section, as well as on other pages related to the question, in order to inform other users of the Application on the same issue. The user asking the question remains anonymous both when submitting and publishing it, while the answers are signed by the professional concerned, who bears sole responsibility for the content and accuracy of his/her answer. WOC can in no way guarantee the validity, accuracy, or quality of these. Responses are provided by our partners based only on the questions and information provided by users, who are solely responsible for their accuracy.The responses from professionals are for information and advice only. If the questions have offensive or abusive content, they will not be sent to the professionals or published in the Questions and Answers section and other pages related to the question. Questions that refer to practitioners by name cannot be managed by WOC and accordingly sent to practitioners for response. In addition, questions that contain personal data of the user and do not ensure the anonymity of the user will have these extracts removed before the question is sent to the professional in question and before it is published.The WOC team only answers questions related to the service and its use, and not to questions of a specific nature. Once the user submits his/her question it takes a few days for it to be managed by WOC, sent to the professionals, answered and published in the Questions & Answers section. WOC is not responsible for the timeliness of the response to the questions as it is at the discretion of the practitioners whether to answer the questions they receive and in what time frame. WOC reserves the right not to manage questions that do not agree with the above terms and the user will be notified by email if their question is rejected.It is stressed that the answers given by the experts are intended only to provide general information to the user. Communication via the questionnaire platform is not a substitute for advice from and personal contact with a qualified professional.

In addition, WOC provides the chat service through which users can contact WOC’s customer service. This service does not replace the physical presence on site of any professional and can only provide advice. WOC is solely responsible for the answers given to those who address their questions via chat. The user is asked to enter his/her card details by accepting the charge set by WOC for the service he/she wishes to pay for via the WOC application. The card details are stored and if the user wishes to delete them after the transaction is completed, he can contact 6973975237…………….. or 2106850487………… .

3. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WOC

​

1. The information completed by users of the WOC services must be provided correctly and accurately. The information provided by the user for the service of his request is considered confidential and is only passed on to the person directly concerned and to the competent authority or authorities, according to the law, in case the use of the Application is contrary to the rules of use of the WOC and, in general, to the Greek legislation in force. In particular, the latter may be deemed appropriate when the use of the Application by a user violates the rules of operation of the WOC. In this case all information of this user as well as his/her IP address may be part of any investigation, if required for the protection of WOC’s rights. In case of sending data to the Application, they must not contravene Greek legislation and morality for the use of the internet in general and must not be altered by the user who publishes them or knowingly by others. These data can be used by WOC without any claim against it by the user who provides them. Each user is responsible for his/her use of the Application and may only use its services for lawful and legitimate purposes. You may not use the Application in a manner that could destroy, disable or damage WOC’s servers or networks or in ways that interfere with the use and enjoyment of WOC’s services by any other Visitor-User Member.The user is prohibited from unlawfully abusing the WOC services by scheduling an appointment with a professional that he/she does not intend to keep. The user is also prohibited from creating fake accounts with fraudulent intentions, collecting or storing personal data of other users in any way. WOC reserves the right to seek redress for any damages resulting from the User’s violation of the above prohibitions and to take any relevant legal action, proceedings and take any lawful remedial out-of-court or judicial action to prevent any violation of these Terms of Use. Although our services are made available free of charge to the public, any costs for the services provided to users by the affiliated professionals featured on WOC shall be borne solely by the users and they alone shall be liable to the affiliated professionals. Any dispute or disagreement on the financial transaction is solely between the professional and the user and should be resolved without the mediation of WOC.

2. The visitor – user is solely responsible for accessing his/her personal accounts on WOC, as well as for securing passwords from unauthorized persons. He/she is solely responsible for the control, use, management and access of activation codes and passwords.

3. The user has the opportunity to submit comments about his/her experiences with the professionals electronically. These comments are visible on the professionals’ profiles on WOC and on their personal websites if they have gone through the approval process by the WOC team. These comments must be submitted responsibly and must be clear and honest. The user is individually responsible for his/her use of any inappropriate language and unnecessary personal criticism and/or improper – offensive comments. WOC reserves the right to remove user comments for any reason whatsoever, without any liability for any failure or delay in removing them. Users should bear in mind that user comments are only personal opinions and should not be relied upon. Reviews are for the information of WOC users. Once a user submits their feedback it takes a few days for it to be approved by WOC and visible in the professional’s profile as long as the terms of use are adhered to. In case WOC needs further clarification on the user’s comment, it will contact the user in writing via email. WOC reserves the right to publish part of the review by informing the user in writing of this change and excluding that part of the comment which does not comply with these terms of use. The user himself has the right of evaluation, and in the case of a minor, the right of evaluation is also exercised by whoever exercises parental authority over him.

4. WOC reserves the right to take any of the following actions, indicatively and not restrictively: a) to record and store any communication of the User with the Application, including e-mail communication and questions – answers to its professional partners or other persons, b) to investigate any complaint in case any communication does not comply with the terms and conditions of use of the Application and to decide at its sole discretion to withdraw or require the withdrawal of such a communication. c) to withdraw communications and data and information sent by the user, which are considered offensive, illegal or annoying or which do not comply with the terms and conditions of use; d) to delete registered members, when they do not comply with the terms and conditions of use after giving them a warning.

5. No information obtained by the user from WOC and its services shall create any warranty or obligation on the part of WOC, unless expressly provided for in these terms of use.

6. WOC reserves the right to display the details of each registered professional associated with his/her online image on third party websites. The right of display is derived from any cooperation that WOC enters into with other services.

7. WOC may provide links to third party websites. It may also select and give priority to specific websites according to the search terms entered by the user, allow its advertisers to respond to the search of certain terms with advertisements or with the content of sponsors. Under no circumstances does WOC recommends and does not endorse the content of third party websites, does not control the availability, content, privacy policy, quality and completeness of the services of websites to which it refers through “links”, hyperlinks or advertising banners. Thus, for any problem that may arise during their use, the user must contact directly the respective websites and pages, which are fully responsible for the provision of their services.WOC shall in no way be deemed to adopt or accept the content or services of the websites and pages to which it links, to be associated with them in any other way or to guarantee them. WOC has no responsibility for any kind of communication of the user with the third parties – service providers advertised on WOC and for any transaction that may arise from the relationship between them. WOC is not responsible for the content of third-party websites and web pages that are within the Application, whether as a result of a search result or third-party advertisements, and does not represent their content or validity. The use of third-party websites is at the users’ risk and subject to the terms of use of such websites. WOC does not endorse the content or products or services offered on these sites and is not affiliated with the operators of these sites. If the Visitor-User connects to these sites, he/she bears the sole risk for this connection and access, without any involvement of WOC.

8. WOC undertakes that if errors are pointed out by the User, every effort will be made immediately to correct them. However, the User uses at his/her sole risk any data and material available and contained in the Application and provided without any guarantee for their correctness and accuracy and WOC shall not be liable in any way, directly or indirectly, for any damage (positive or consequential) that may occur to anyone from the use of the Application or data contained therein. At any time, without notice to users, WOC may make changes and improvements that, in its sole discretion, will make the operation of the Application more convenient.

9. The User accepts the keeping and processing of his/her personal data, as declared by him/her, by the administrator of the Application, who is entitled to disclose them to third parties (professionals) for the sole purpose of the correct and good operation and provision of WOC’s services. Furthermore, the administrator of WOC will keep a record of the personal data of users – senders of queries, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union 679/2016/EU as in force, obligated to comply with the provisions of L. 2225/1994 and P.D. 47/2005 for the lifting of this privacy to any judicial authority, for reasons of national security or for the investigation of particularly serious offences and for any reason mentioned in the law, after following the procedure provided by law.

10. The company acknowledges and accepts under Articles 4 and 4a of Law 2251/1994 that in distance contracts the professional, as well as the user, has the right to withdraw without justification from the transaction within fourteen (14) days from the date of payment of the subscription. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal the professional must inform WOC of his decision by means of a clear statement by e-mail. In this case, the business must refund the fee within thirty (30) days without undue delay. The refund will be executed by the same payment method used in the original transaction unless there is an agreement between the 2 parties for a different method, which will only be in writing.

11. The User expressly accepts that the exclusive jurisdiction and competence for any dispute arising with WOC shall be the Courts of Athens and that Greek law shall apply even when accessing WOC from outside Greece. If any of the above terms are held invalid by a court decision, this shall not affect the validity and force of the remaining terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

12. The information hosted on the Application is provided by the professionals and is accurate, objective and solely aimed at facilitating users in making appointments..

In particular, the information in the fields Visit Price – Service Price is either visible to the registered users or communicated to them through their request if the latter log in to their account and is derived from the information provided by the professionals to WOC regarding the cost of the visit and their services and the visit price – service price is communicated directly or sent to the users with the consent of the professionals.

WOC merely provides the possibility of hosting personal websites of professionals in order to facilitate contact between them and users, and bears no responsibility whatsoever for the amount of costs or the services provided by the professionals and the related pricing, does not engage in advertising in any way whatsoever, and aims solely at upgrading the services by providing further possibilities to users by means of more complete and adequate information. The name entry of a professional may continue to be displayed in the search engines even after the end of his cooperation with WOC by displaying the basic data of name, address and contact telephone number.13. The use of the WOC Application, all services and its content are subject to the above terms of use. If the user considers these terms unacceptable to him/her, for any reason whatsoever, he/she is requested not to use the WOC Application. The use of the Application by the User constitutes full acceptance, consent, assent, approval and agreement on the part of the User to all of these Terms of Use and the terms of the Privacy Policy.

4. Specific Terms

​

In the event that the use of any service of the Application is regulated by more specific terms of use, these terms are considered as a whole with these Terms of Use. However, in case of conflict, the more specific terms of use of each service shall prevail.

5. MODIFICATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF USE

​

WOC reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use and any other rules governing the use of the Application at its sole discretion, notifying each modification by means of an announcement. The Terms of Use will indicate the last date on which they were updated.

The User’s continued use of the WOC after such notice shall constitute acceptance of such changes.

Use of the Application is subject to the Terms of Use in effect at the time of use. The User should periodically check the Terms of Use in order to keep up to date with their content and is solely responsible for such updating.

6. USE OF THE APPLICATION BY MINORS

​

By accepting the Terms of Use, the User declares that he/she is an adult over 18 years of age or, if under 18 years of age, that he/she has obtained the necessary consent from the person(s) having parental care over him/her and that he/she will provide his/her data if requested to do so. The holders of parental responsibility for minors must protect them from accessing content directed at adults and are solely responsible for any such access and shall be liable in the event of failure to do so. The use of the WOC services is only permitted to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years.

WOC shall not be liable for any access via the Internet to information, goods and services that are contrary to law, morality or are inappropriate or inappropriate for certain categories of persons, in particular for minors.WOC will take all technically feasible measures to determine whether its online services are being used by minors under the age of eighteen. 7. WOC’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT

​

The Application is used “as is”, subject to modifications by WOC, without the possibility of modifications or other interventions by the User.

WOC makes every effort to make the Application safe to use and to provide accurate, complete, valid, reliable and up-to-date information through the Application. In any case, however, the Users acknowledge and accept that, given the nature and evolution of WOC’s products and services and the nature and technical needs of the Internet, the latter may not be able to exercise at all times full control over the entire content and security of its websites and services.For this reason and to the extent permitted by applicable law, WOC is not bound, does not guarantee, does not assume any kind of liability for errors, omissions, or any deficiencies relating to the information, for delays or interruptions or failure to transmit the information or for any damage caused to the User due to the use of this information. Users act on the basis of their private will and therefore must evaluate the content and are solely responsible for their actions based on their use of the Application, including any decision to rely on the correctness, completeness and/or validity of its content.

Use of the Application is at the user’s risk. WOC, its employees and directors, its agents or any third party involved in the creation, production or publication of the material shall not be liable, to the extent that the exclusion of liability is permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, moral, positive or other type of damage arising from or related to the use of the Application or the material.

If the User considers that the Material or any part thereof infringes in any way his/her rights or the rights of third parties, he/she may send a relevant e-mail to wocwithoneclick1@gmail.com…………….. specifying precisely the Material or the part of the Material that he/she considers offensive and the reasons supporting his/her claim.

8. Third Party Services and Products

​

The products and/or services of third parties that appear in the application are the property of the third parties, who are the holders of the relevant rights. The providers of these products and services are fully responsible for complying with the provisions of all relevant laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, the provisions on intellectual or industrial property and consumer protection) and are liable in civil and criminal law for the content, legality and accuracy of the information they provide. Users accept that WOC does not guarantee and is not responsible for the content and legality of the information provided on the Application by third parties regarding their products and/or services.

9. Connection to third party websites

​

The Application may contain special links (links, hyperlinks, banners) to third party websites outside of WOC. The content of these websites is the sole responsibility of their owners. WOC does not guarantee the availability and security of these sites and is not responsible for the operation, the privacy policies they follow, the content, the correctness, legality, completeness, timeliness and accuracy of the information, nor for the quality and properties of the products or services available on them. Reference to other websites is for the User’s convenience only and in no way creates any form of commitment or guarantee or encouragement or endorsement by WOC, either as to the content or quality of the products or services provided.

10. International Access

​

The Application can be accessed from all over the world. The Application may refer to products or services that are not available in the country of each User. These references do not imply that WOC intends to make these products available in these countries. …WOC With one click………., which is a Greek company and subject to Greek law, controls, manages and is responsible for the operation. WOC makes no warranty and assumes no responsibility as to whether the Application, Materials, products and/or services referred to herein are legal in countries outside the European Union. If the User accesses the Application from a location outside the European Union, the User is solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

11. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY – LICENSING

​

Proprietary rights

The Application, including its software, as well as the Material contained therein, constitutes the intellectual and/or industrial property of the Company and/or its affiliated companies or, where applicable, its suppliers and/or licensors and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, EU and international law for the protection of intellectual and industrial property. Furthermore, the composition of the content and the layout of the data contained in the Application each time it is contained in the Application belongs exclusively to the Company or, where applicable, to its suppliers or licensors and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, EU and international law. The User is not hereby granted any proprietary rights over the Application and the Material, except for the rights of use expressly provided for in these Terms of Use.

The Company, its suppliers and/or licensors hereby expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in any and all elements of the WOC, as well as in the Material, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights in product or service marks, trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs, etc.

Licensing – restrictions on use

Provided that the User complies with these Terms of Use and with the Privacy Policy of the Application, WOC grants the User a royalty-free, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license to access, load, display on the screen of his/her device the Services and the Material and generally use it for the purpose set forth in these Terms of Use. In this regard, each User acknowledges and accepts that the WOC and its Material are intended for personal use only and not for commercial use. Each User is entitled to “download” and/or copy and/or store individual portions of the Service’s Material for strictly personal use and not for commercial purposes, without deleting the indications of its origin and provided that he/she protects any and all proprietary rights of WOC from any infringement. For any other purpose the above actions will be permitted only if done with the written consent of WOC. Access to the Application or any of the aforementioned actions will in no way result in the creation of any right, title or interest in any part or all of the Application being “downloaded” and/or copied and/or stored.

Except for the expressly stated permitted uses, the Application and its Material may not be reproduced, copied, leased, sold, sublicensed, assigned, transferred, exported, transmitted, retransmitted or distributed in whole or in part in any way by any User, nor may it be borrowed or licensed for use. Under no circumstances may the Application be used for commercial purposes. It is expressly prohibited to modify, adapt, adapt, translate or otherwise alter the Service and the Material and to create derivative works or improvements. Likewise, disassembling, reconstructing or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code of the Application, decompiling (except to the extent permitted by law), or disassembling, reconstructing or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code of the Application is prohibited. It is also not permitted to create and/or publish a database containing significant portions of the Service without the prior express consent of WOC.Also, actions to circumvent or violate the security or content usage rules provided, implemented or enforced by any functionality (including but not limited to the digital rights management functionality) contained in the App are prohibited. You may not use the App to access, copy, transfer, encode or retransmit any content in violation of any law or WOC or third party rights, or remove, conceal or misrepresent any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights statements of WOC or third parties that are affixed to or contained in or accessed in connection with or through the Service.The use of the Application in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations of the Greek intellectual property law and relevant provisions of European and international law is prohibited.

By using the Application, Users unconditionally accept, agree and agree that they will make lawful and appropriate use of it, in particular in accordance with the terms set forth herein.

Any use of the Application that constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use is strictly prohibited and will automatically result in the termination of the aforementioned license. The license granted to the User may be freely revoked by WOC without prior notice.It is a fundamental principle of WOC’s policy to respect and protect the intellectual property rights of others. If, however, the User believes that his/her intellectual property rights are infringed through the Application, he/she may inform WOC by sending an email to wocwithoneclick1@gmail.com………………….. specifying the part of the Service that he/she considers to be infringing his/her rights, as well as the reasons that he/she considers to constitute an infringement.

The User agrees not to create or provide ways in which participation in the Service can be accomplished from other websites or in a manner not approved by WOC.The user binds and agrees not to use any electromechanical computer equipment or software or any other method not approved by WOC that would affect the Application.

14. AVAILABILITY AND SAFETY

​

Availability and smooth operation

WOC shall use reasonable efforts to ensure the maintenance and availability of the Application. Users acknowledge, however, that the availability of the Application may be affected by users’ equipment, other communications networks, internet connection providers, the large number of people attempting to use the Application at the same time, or other causes. For these reasons, Users agree that WOC will not be liable for any downtime or malfunction of the Application.

WOC has no connection with the provision of internet connection services and the User and/or the Application Provider Site remains solely responsible for paying all debts to the relevant service providers and ensuring access to the internet.The Users agree and accept that WOC may modify and/or temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of all or part of the Application with and/or without notice to the Users. For this reason, WOC shall not be liable for any kind of damage due to the interruption or malfunction of the Application or the inability of Users to access it, the suspension of all or part of it, the delay, non-delivery, interruption or poor quality of reception of its services or the loss of its content or the existence of any kind of errors. WOC does not warrant that the Application will be compatible with each User’s device, hardware and software.

ΣΥΝΤΗΡΗΣΗSOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE

The intellectual property rights or other rights in the software available for use of the Application belong to WOC or its providers/licensors. In order to access information on the Application, the User and/or the site may need to sign a license with third party software providers. The ability of the User and/or the connection site to access this information may depend on whether the User and/or the connection site has signed such licenses. Use of such software is governed by the terms of any license agreement contained in the software. WOC assumes no responsibility for the arrangement of such licenses. It is recommended that software not be installed or used if the User and/or the connection site has not obtained the relevant license. If the User and/or the connection site, however, performs such actions despite the lack of a license, the User and/or the connection site bears the risk itself.In any case, WOC reserves the right at any time to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of all or part of the Application for maintenance or upgrading purposes or for any reason whatsoever, without any further liability.

SECURITY

Although WOC makes every effort to protect the Application from any kind of harmful or destructive files (or programs) designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the operation of any software or telecommunications equipment, WOC cannot guarantee that the Application will never be affected by such items. Therefore, the integrity and preservation of the software systems and equipment of each User is left to his/her own diligence and WOC will not be liable in the event that the electronic equipment (software and hardware) of the Users is affected by harmful files.

• They will not act in a manner that would mislead any third party as to the origin of the content of the Application and/or damage in any way the reputation of WOC

• They shall not install, promote and/or transmit in any way through the Application any kind of harmful or destructive files and/or programs designed to destroy or limit the operation of any software or telecommunication equipment or to prevent other users from using the Application

• They will not install or in any way promote unsolicited or unsolicited WOC-approved advertising messages in any form, unsolicited emails (spam) and generally do not promote unsolicited information in any way

• They will not “upload” or transmit in any way material and information that you are not entitled to disclose under any legal provisions or private agreements (e.g. confidential information)

• They will not act in such a way as to infringe any rights or privacy of others, in particular in such a way as to cause harm to a minor

• They will not interfere with or compromise the security of or otherwise cause damage to the Application, the Material hosted on it, the source code of the software that constitutes it, the server on which it is hosted and/or networks connected to or accessible through the Service or other websites connected to it.

• They will not pursue a purpose that is prohibited by these Terms of Use

• Not take any action that could constitute or encourage conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law

• They will not post or transmit any material of any kind that is threatening, untrue, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, immoral, scandalous, pornographic or profane. WOC will fully cooperate with all law enforcement authorities and will fully comply with any court order requesting or directing the disclosure of the identity of any person posting or transmitting such information and material.

They will collect email addresses or other user information from the Service by electronic or other means and with the purpose of making unsolicited commercial or other communications with them other than commercial communications to which the User consents;

They will “upload”, transmit, store or make available to the public in any way photographs of third parties without their consent

They will inform WOC as soon as they become aware of any illegal or prohibited use of the Application by third partiesIt is expressly stated that the use of the Application for advertising or offers by the user is prohibited. The use of any element of the Material other than as provided for in these Terms of Use is strictly prohibited without the written permission of WOC. In case of violation of the terms of use, WOC will seek judicial protection before the civil and criminal courts of the country.

16. VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF USE

In any case of violation of these Terms of Use, the Users will be liable for compensation for any positive and/or consequential damages of WOC. WOC’s failure to exercise its rights under these Terms of Use does not imply a waiver of these rights.

WOC expressly reserves the right to supervise the Application of these Rules in its sole discretion.

The use of any element of the Materials other than as provided for in these Terms of Use is strictly prohibited without the written permission of WOC. WOC does not warrant or assume any liability of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law, regarding the legality or otherwise of Users’ use of the Application.

17. DISCLAIMER

The User agrees to protect, defend and indemnify WOC, its partners, employees and staff in general for any damage and expenses, without limitation, that it may suffer and which arise from or are related, directly or indirectly, to the User’s misuse of the Application or to a violation of the Terms of Use.

18. EXIT

​

WOC reserves the right to terminate without prejudice and without any further liability the agreement it enters into hereunder with any User immediately and without notice if the User breaches the Terms of Use or any part thereof or fails to confirm information provided to it by the User in the context of the use of the Application.

19. FULL AGREEMENT – DIVISIBILITY

​

These Terms of Use together with any other rules to which they refer or which are found on the Service constitute the entire agreement between WOC and each User regarding the use of the Application. If for any reason it is held by a court of competent jurisdiction that any of these Terms of Use is invalid and unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired.

20. USER’S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE WOC

​

The User agrees that no representative – represented, agent – represented, cooperation or partnership relationship of any kind or employment relationship is created between the User and WOC as a result of the use of the Application by the User.

21. MEANS OF PROOF

​

The printed version of the Application and the Terms of Use and any correspondence in electronic form shall be admissible as evidence before judicial or administrative authorities.

These Terms of Use and any modification thereof shall be governed by Greek Law. For any dispute that may arise from this agreement and which cannot be resolved out of court, the competent courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.

All rights and remedies under the Terms of Use are cumulative and do not exclude other rights and remedies provided by law or other agreement.
